General & Contact
The Privathotel Riesenbeck is your “home for a while” – digital check-in, lots of freedom and honest service instead of rigid hotel routine.
What is the quickest way to reach you?
Ideally by email to info@hotel-riesenbeck.de or by phone on +49 5454 3969895. For booking questions, just write to us – we reply promptly.
When is someone on site?
Our team is in the building every day from about 6:15 am to 2 pm. Thanks to our digital concept, you are independent 24/7 – check-in, living room, kitchen and bar can be used around the clock.
What makes you different from chain hotels?
More freedom, fewer formalities: digital check-in, 24-hour living room with honesty bar, guest kitchen, bike garage with lots of charging points, smart rooms – your break from hotel chains.
Arrival & Digital Check-in
Simply arrive: the day before, you receive your four-digit door code by email – it opens the front doors, your room, the guest kitchen and the bike garage.
How does the digital check-in work?
The day before you arrive, you receive an email with your personal four-digit code. Check-in is from 3 pm. The code opens all front doors, your room, the guest kitchen and the bike garage, and activates the electric car charging station. Enter the code on the keypad and confirm with the tick.
Can I arrive late in the evening or at night?
Yes. From 3 pm you can arrive at any time, even late in the evening or at night – with your code you don’t need a reception.
Where can I park?
Your sat nav will take you to Sünte-Rendel-Straße 5 – there are only a few parking spaces on the roadside there. Most parking spaces are reached from Bevergerner Straße via two entrances: the first entrance leads towards the hotel terrace, with 10 parking spaces and four additional electric car charging stations. The second entrance leads to a large car park with around 50 more spaces.
For bikes we recommend the bike garage with lots of charging points.
How do I find my room?
Your arrival email contains all the information: entrance, floor, room number. There are also signs with short QR info in the living room.
